About Me
I am the Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Arc of Atlantic County in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I earned my Social Services degree from Rowan College of South Jersey.
Personal Experience:
I have worked in the Social Service and Mental Health field for over 25 years. I also worked as a consultant for NJ Child Assault prevention, where I educated and taught child assault prevention to kindergarten thru 8th grade students in the Cumberland County School District.
I was also a consultant for Community Treatment Solutions, providing therapeutic cate to abused children and teens in Treatment Homes, DYFS and foster care. I was also employed by Collingswood School District where I taught Spanish to grades 9-12.
In addition I am the Founder and CEO of Far Above Rubies LLC where my aim is to fortify the foundation of women and young ladies from all walks of life, through mentorship initiatives, health and wellness workshops and annual empowerment events. I previously served 3 terms on the Board of Directors for Healing Wounds, an organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and victims of domestic violence in Camden County. I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with my three wonderful children and three beautiful grandchildren, as well as serving at my local church.
